Product INCI Efficacy and Application
ACULYN™ 38 Polymer Acrylates/Vinyl Neodecanoate Crosspolymer Alkali-swellable anionic acrylic polymer emulsion (ASE). It has mild odor, is shear-resistant, salt-resistant, and hard water resistance. When neutralized to certain pH levels, it is immediately plumped and has good suspending effects. It can suspend silicone oils, ZPT, pearl pigments and various particles. Additionally, it has great compatibility with many nonionic and anionic surfactants and can form transparent to translucent gel products. This can be utilized in anti-dandruff, pearlescent condition shampoo and body wash products (has excellent suspending effect).
ACULYN™ 44 Polymer PEG-150/Decyl Alcohol/SMDI Copolymer nonionic thickener based upon Hydrophobically-modified Ethoxylated URethane (HEUR) can be used as a thickener in acidic formulas. It has shear resistance, salt resistance, and does not need to be neutralized. The thickening effect will only be significantly increased when being paired with surfactants or hydrophobic ingredients. It is stable under a wide range of pH levels (pH= 2-12), is minimally affected by ions, and can be used in cationic surfactants or positively charged raw materials. This can be used in hair treatment and hair conditioning products.
Cellosize™ PCG-10 Hydroxyethyl Cellulose Naturally derived nonionic water-soluble thickening and emulsifying stabilizer, can facilitate a product’s stability, dispersion and thickening.
ACULYN™ Excel Acrylates Copolymer Anionic hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE) with mild odor and shear resistance. This ingredient has excellent thickening and suspending properties when it is immediately thickened while neutralized to certain pH levels. It assists in stabilizing emulsions. When it is at low pH levels, it still maintains good transparency and suspending effects, and is suitable to be used in sulfate-free systems. This ingredient has excellent salt resistance and stability under a wider range of pH levels (pH=3-11). Additionally, it is compatible with many surfactants, when added to cleansers and mousse-type product, it assists in foaming performance. This can be made into transparent to translucent gel products and is applicable to cleansers, shampoo, styling products and skincare (cream and masks).
ACULYN™ 88 Polymer Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer Anionic hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE) with mild odor and shear resistance. This ingredient has excellent thickening and suspending properties when it is immediately thickened while neutralized to certain pH levels. It assists in stabilizing emulsions and can synergize with surfactants and inorganic clay. It is compatible with many surfactants and assists in elevating foaming performance when added to cleansers and mousse-type products. This can form transparent to translucent gel products and is applicable to cleansers, shampoo, styling products and skincare (creams and masks). (This has both thickening and suspending effects)

ACULYN™ 22 Polymer Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Copolymer Anionic hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE). It has a mild odor, good shear resistance, and salt resistance. When thickened while neutralized to certain pH levels, its thickening properties are excellent and can assist in stabilizing emulsion. This ingredient can be paired with surfactant and inorganic clay to achieve viscosity synergistic effect. It is compatible with many surfactants and can be applied to cleaning and mousse type products to increase foaming performance. This ingredient can form translucent gel products. Can be used in cleanser, shampoo, styling and skincare (cream and facial masks) products.(has excellent viscosity building efficient)
